2011 Porsche Panamera

There are a lot of tuning companies out there. There are some that get the job done right, and some that just ruin your precious ride. For example, in Germany there are many tuning companies, but the best one by far is Brabus. These guys are crazy geniuses that tune Mercedes-Benz's, Maybach's, Smart's, and Tesla Roadster's. What they do is they manage to tune their cars to extreme power and, at the same time, make them look and feel luxurious. For example, take a look at this 2011 S-Class here...

2011 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG

This is actually the AMG model. You can tell that this car was done properly. There aren't any ugly lines, no unnecessary features, no flim-flam. Everything you want and need; power, luxury, style, presence, is in this car. But there are some that say, "Well, it's fast, but I need something a little bit faster." That's when Brabus steps in. Take a look at what they transform it into.

2011 Brabus iBusiness SV12R

This is the Brabus iBusiness SV12R of which you can read more of here. It looks more aggressive, has a bigger Twin-Turbocharged engine, and can hit well over 200 MPH. That should be fast enough for any Donald Trump trying to make it to work. Even though they've done all of this, it's still an S-Class. They still keep that S-Class style and luxury. They just make it 10x faster. This is a true tuning company. They give you what you want and leave everything else be. I wanted to bring this up because there is a Swiss tuning company out there that I think shouldn't be existing right now. That Porsche Panamera at the top of this article is ugly. But, wait until you see this...

2011 Mansory Panamera Turbo

The Swiss Tuning Company Mansory have just made the ugly Panamera even uglier. Look at what they've done to it! Who on earth wants a blue car with blue and yellow wheels? Someone who's a complete idiot probably. The interior's no different either.

Superman Interior

Look at this!! This is something Superman would drive to work in with these colors. Besides all these bad looks, it does get some performance. The regular turbo had a 500 horsepower 4.8-liter Twin-Turbocharged V8. This one has the same engine but with bigger turbos boosting the car up to 690 horsepower. It will do 0 to 60 in 3.0 seconds and go on it's way to 207 MPH. So it's fast, but it's not a car that you would come out of when presenting a new luxury clothing line.

2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport

Here's another example. This is the new Range Rover Sport. I have one as well and I think it's the sexiest a Range Rover can get. It's sporty, aggressive, powerful, and yet sexy, stylish, very good looking. Unfortunately, Mansory got a hold of one and turned it into a living nightmare.

Look at what they've done to it!! It's no longer a Range Rover. We don't need any of this Carbon Fiber LED Massive Rims Hood Scoop Rubbish on a Range Rover. These cars are built for off-roading, not looking like a complete idiot in one. Honestly, just leave the Range Rover alone. It doesn't need tuning of any sort.

2011 BMW X5M

One final example: the BMW X5M. Yes, this car was mad, but it looked good while controlling this madness. When I saw this car come out, I wondered if tuning would make it go faster. G-Power managed to do this without damaging the essence of this SUV.

This might look crazy, but it makes sense. This car is crazy and it shows it with its bodykit, rims, and aerodynamic features. Mansory got a hold of the X5 M and made it make no sense whatsoever.

2010 Mansory X5

This is the ugliest X5 I've ever seen and it makes no sense either. So, here's my point. If you want to tune your precious ride, don't bother sticking your nose into Mansory's business, because they'll just ruin it. Here are my suggestions. If you have a Mercedes-Benz, go the Brabus. They'll make your car look good and perform nicely. If you have a BMW, take it to AC Schnitzer or Alpina. They'll do some bodykit work and some power upgrades to make your car sexy and fast at the same time. If you have a Porsche, dial up Gemballa or Ruf. These guys know how to professionally tune Porsches right and keep their German dignity. If you have a Range Rover, don't touch it. The car is perfect as it is. Under no circumstances should you take your car to Mansory. They know nothing about tuning.
